Red Snapper
I love fishing off the beach.
The Red Snapper is a modern take on the Bloody Mary, only using Island Gin instead of Vodka. Not caught off the beach! You’ll catch one by the bar.
Ingredients
- Island gin
- Tomato juice - we used Island grown Andiamo Scatalone
- (freshly squeezed and strained if possible)
- Lime juice
- Salted rim
Add in worchestershire sauce
A good grind of black pepper
